In Brown Mouth you play as a deranged man who is disfigured 
named Mike Knasty. In the game, you must steal and drink
tons of milk, which will fill the brown bar on screen when filled
we will have severe diarrhea. You can also Kill anyone you come into contact with and eat them.   His main goal seems to be
to abduct little girls and tie them up in his home. where
you must complete an action timed game where he force-feeds
them his own feces, after which he will then cut them open and eat their insides and finally snuggle with their empty bodies.
failing the event will cause a Tumor in Mike's Brain to grow to make the game harder to control.
it is also possible to sell the girls and their body parts for money which you can spend on explosives. that Mike can use to cause mass killings. Mike Also Has a pet goat which you can command to eat people. Outfits can be Purchased for the goat
including a maid outfit, gimp suit, goth outfit, and others.
Mike Knasty appears to have two friends in the game, Lucy fillin and Richard Rectus.  Both of them are Halucinations of Mike's mind. Lucy Acts as  A guide to instruct you on playing the game. It is also possible to have sex with her, which is an animated quick time event, Due to her being a Halucination, Mike uses a human flesh doll made up of small animals sown together for the pyhsical part of the encounter. Once Complete Mike will become faster, stronger and earn more money for a limited time. Richard Rectus Can also Be interacted with to play a Game of his, in the game you must first inject chemicals into either Mike's Eyes, Neck, Gums or under his fingernails.
Once done you can go on a rampage, the goal is to skin as many people as posible in a certian ammount of time, After Richard will fasion the flesh into either a trophy or some BDSM gear (such as Restraints, whips, belts and so on) which can be used on young girls to cause them to urinate, which must be collected in jars. Once around 50 Jars are filled. Mike can furfill his final mission, Invading the Police Station, after fighting off all officers using the Jars of urine (which is thrown) you can take down the police chief, where you must complete a 5 minute long animated quicktime event where you must pin down the chief and defacate inside his mouth. In the Final scene you are caught by one lone police officer where you can choose to surrender or attack.
Choosing to attack, Mike will Detonate an Explosive destoying the entire station.
Choosing Surrender Makes the officer shoot you to death before shooting themselves.
The final scene shows a statue built of Mike Knasty which ranges from him being crucifed to an entire musem deticated to him, depending on how well you did in game.
